the location was convenient as it was near public transportation (just a short walk away). it made exploring very easy. the included breakfast had a good variety of options, it was really handy for starting the day. drazen at the reception was especially helpful, i thought.
my room faced the street on the ground floor and i was concerned about safety when leaving the windows open. the smoking area was too close, and a strong smoke smell entered the room each morning. (it wasn't ideal.)

the room i got wasnt like the picture. the carpet was dirty and stained so bad. the beds werent up to the standard i expect, and the pillows was not comfy. the tv was small

The breakfast offered a good variety. i appreciated the fresh and tasty options available. i also found the staff to be helpful. They were quick to address my queries. the location allowed easy access to public transportation.
The room lacked basic amenities, such as a kettle. the wi-fi signal was quite weak. I experienced frequent disconnections. i noticed some stains on my towel. It was not ideal.

the breakfast was acceptable with a decent selection of foods.
the air conditioning was not functional. staff assured me it would be repaired during the first day, but this did not happen. the beds were quite uncomfortable. bed linens were also not comfortable at all.
